My God what Vivek is saying is prima facie , but what astounds me is the stupid interviewer , used to rote compliant responses ,
Being totally incapable of dealing with his comments .

First off , she exposes a predetermined Agenda .
She's supposed to be asking questions from an unbiased assumption and obviously is not .

Second , it's startling , shocking , embarrassing , that if she is going to take an opposing stance rather than a neutral one ,

How completely robotically unpreparedly stupid her comebacks were - ie; "But 850 were convicted"

DUHHHH! DATZ DUH POINT!
That all should not have been .
That's the RESULT of a contrived scenario , not evidence that it was legitimate .
All Interviewees should kick moron ass like Vivek did .

Vivek Ramaswamy
If you’d have told me nearly 3 years ago when I was just a CEO that Jan. 6 was an inside job, I would’ve said that’s crazy talk. It’s not. There is now clear evidence that there was at the very least entrapment of peaceful protestors, similar to the fake Gretchen Whitmer kidnapping plot & countless other cases.

“N1-methylpseudouridylation of mRNA causes +1 ribosomal frameshifting.”
Pfizer must feel like it’s been one damned thing after another lately. In a year packed with horrible news for the jabs (not to mention poor jab recipients), yesterday saw a critical new discovery of jab problems, possibly the worst and most damning yet.

How bad was it? It was so bad that, even though I almost never make predictions anymore, I will predict this: The FDA will be forced to withdraw the mRNA covid shots because of this study.

The Biden administration is openly threatening Americans over Ukraine. In a classified briefing in the House yesterday, defense secretary Lloyd Austin informed members that if they don’t appropriate more money for Zelensky, “we’ll send your uncles, cousins and sons to fight Russia.”

Warrantless surveillance...
@SpeakerJohnson Mike Johnson has agreed to put an extension of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) inside the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The bill would extend Sect. 702 until April 19.

ACLU:
The U.S. government is engaging in the mass, warrantless surveillance of Americans’ international phone calls, text messages, emails, and other digital communications using Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act as justification. Under this law, the government can use the information they collect without a warrant to prosecute and imprison people — even for crimes that have nothing to do with national security.

Today is the beginning of the end of the federal government’s ongoing efforts to destroy our free speech rights. Every last person involved in the illegal conspiracy to use the power of government to trample our First Amendment rights better buckle up, because we are not going to stop until the entire censorship-industrial complex is on the ash heap of history.

A jury of your peers...
Right to a Speedy Trial: Defendants have the right to a trial without unnecessary delays.
Right to a Public Trial: The trial must be open to the public, allowing for transparency and accountability in the legal process.
Right to an Impartial Jury: Defendants have the right to a trial by jury free from prejudice and bias.

J6...
Defense attorneys have coined the term “January 6 Jurisprudence” to describe the treatment received by the more than 1,200 defendants arrested so far in connection with the events of Jan. 6, 2021. This carve-out legal system involves the unprecedented and possibly unlawful use of a corporate evidence-tampering statute; excessive prison sentences and indefinite periods of pretrial incarceration; and the designation of nonviolent offenses as federal crimes of terrorism.
A universal feature is the requirement that a Jan. 6 defendant, usually a supporter of Donald Trump, face trial in Washington, D.C., a city overwhelmingly populated by Democrats. Federal judges have denied every change of venue motion filed in Jan. 6 cases, arguing those who protested at the Capitol can get a fair trial in the nation’s capital.

While Special Counsel Jack Smith’s team and Trump’s counsel spar over a number of issues, perhaps the biggest dispute will concern whether it will be possible to seat an impartial jury for the presumptive 2024 GOP nominee in a city that voted 92% for Joe Biden in 2020.

FO, loser...
The president even raised the prospect that an emboldened Mr. Putin would pose a threat to NATO allies, requiring the United States to come to their assistance with troops on the group. “If Putin takes Ukraine, he won’t stop there,” Mr. Biden said. “It’s important to see the long run here. He’s going to keep going. He’s made their pretty clear.”

“If he keeps going and then he attacks a NATO ally” to which the United States is bound by treaty to help, “then we’ll have something that we don’t seek and that we don’t have today — American troops fighting Russian troops,” Mr. Biden said.

“Make no mistake,” he added. “Today’s vote is going to be long remembered and history’s going to judge harshly those who turn their back on freedom’s cause. We can’t let Putin win. I’ll say it again, we can’t let Putin win.”
