Forsys Closes Non-Brokered Private Placement

TORONTO, Sept. 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Forsys Metals Corp. (TSX: FSY) (FSE: F2T) (NSX: FSY) (“Forsys” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement by issuing 3,235,294 units at $0.17 per unit for gross proceeds of C$550,000.

Each unit consists of one Class A Common Share and one half of one Common Share purchase warrant, whereby each full warrant entitles the holder to acquire a new Common Share in Forsys at a price of $0.23 for a period of two years from the date of issue. All securities issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a four-month and one-day hold period from the closing date.

Proceeds from the private placement will be used to fund the Norasa Uranium project in Namibia, as well as for general working capital purposes.

New 52 Week High



Forsys Metals although low grade, is fully permitted and is supposed to be the world’s six largest producer .


Looking for permitted companies that can be producing soon. Forsys is one of them, for sure.
